Haddon is an accomplished real estate developer with more than 25 years of experience in the development, financing, construction, and lease-up of multifamily housing communities throughout the United States. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed every phase of the development process, from securing financing and coordinating design and construction to overseeing lease-up and long-term asset performance. 

Ms. Haddon has dedicated much of her professional career to creating high-quality housing opportunities for underserved populations. Her work has focused on developing apartment communities that provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for low-income individuals and families, including individuals with special needs and those experiencing homelessness. Through her leadership and commitment to community development, she has helped deliver housing solutions that improve lives and strengthen neighborhoods across the country. In addition to her multifamily development expertise, Ms. Haddon has extensive experience in the acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles region. Through her work in fixing and flipping homes, she has revitalized numerous properties and contributed to the improvement of local communities. Most recently, Ms. Haddon has embarked on an initiative to assist fire victims in Altadena, California, with rebuilding their homes using resilient, non-combustible construction materials. Working in collaboration with the Livio Building System, she is focused on helping homeowners rebuild safer, more durable residences designed to better withstand future fire-related risks. Recognized for her comprehensive industry knowledge and mission-driven approach, Ms. Haddon combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to expanding access to quality housing, advancing innovative building solutions, and creating lasting positive impacts for individuals, families, and communities.
